Transformative Power of Solution-Focused Self-Talk

Three friends and solution-focused colleagues are coming together to talk about how they, in their own lives, focus on the future rather than the obstacles. There is a transformative power to practicing solution-focused self-talk. In this interactive workshop, participants will reflect on their own best selves and what difference it makes to have that ‘best self’ show up in personal and professional areas of life. We will share our own discoveries, and invite you to share yours. A few ideas we will play with include: connecting with your inner teenager, reverse hierarchy games, exploring and sharing kindness, sensory journeys, and personal reflection. This workshop will employ an interactive, playful style and expose what is already wonderful about each participant.

About the facilitators:

Solution-focused assumptions, ideas about kindness, equality, female empowerment, supporting each other and overcoming patriarchal systems, imposter syndrome and lack of confidence, sensory engagement, and transformative solution-focused self-talk are just some of the many things that connect and attract Pam, Naomi, and Tara to each other. Join three international solution-focused trainers for a day of reflection, laughter, and learning.
